Moorabbin Bin Hire: Waste Removal for Moorabbin and Beyond

August 24, 2015

Whether you’re an individual, small business or a large one, there’s a good chance at one stage or another, you’ll have to deal with excess waste. Moorabbin Bin Hire is a long-standing family business specialising in refuse removal. We can help you get rid of your rubbish safely, quickly and easily, and a great price. Even better, we have a couple of extra special services, so you can be reassured you’re making a good choice with us.

Introducing Moorabbin Bin Hire

We first arrived on the scene almost 25 years ago, in 1992 to be exact. We started as a small family business, and we’re proud to say that while we’ve grown in size, our core values have remained unchanged. Still run by members of the same family, we aim to provide the same objectives today that we started with. We aim to offer a great bin hire and rubbish removal service, with a focus on customer service, honesty, reliability and an upfront pricing schedule so there are no hidden charges.

About our skip service

With a fleet of 15 trucks on hand, we can deliver your skip quickly and easily. We work Monday to Saturday, because we understand many businesses and individuals don’t stop on the weekend. And we can look after your load with bags or skips ranging from 1.2 cubic metres to up to 12 cubic metres.

People might book a skip for a number of reasons – moving office, a renovation, or a general household or workplace cleanup. Or you may need regular rubbish removal if you manage a long-term construction site, or are a builder working on a project-to-project basis. We cater to individuals and businesses of all sizes. We can help you with a one-off requirement, or provide you with an account if you’re looking to use our services regularly.

How we make it easy

Moorabin Bin Hire specialises in large multi-item bins to make it super easy at your end. Of course, if you want to book a load for single items (such as bricks or concrete) we can do that too, and in most cases we’ll be able to give you a discount. While we’re generally flexible with the waste we collect, the list of items we are unable to pick up must be adhered to at your end. This includes asbestos and other hazardous materials, paint, liquids and food products. We will however accept general construction and demolition waste, office and household waste, and commercial and industrial waste.

And how we stand out from other waste services

Being a family business, we take pride in how we operate, and one of the elements that we’re most proud of is our commitment to recycling. People these days understand that what they throw out may have a major impact on the environment.

To help alleviate any feelings of guilt at your end, we will take all your waste to our sorting station, where we will recycle 85% of each load. That means the majority of your waste won’t end up in landfill, but instead will be reused as material for new products. It’s a service that we’re proud of and will continue to offer no matter how big or small your involvement with us. Most importantly, it’s the best way that we as a waste collector can minimise the impact of domestic and commercial waste on the environment. It’s good for the planet, and good for everyone involved.

Family matters

Another point of difference between our bin hire service and other providers is our family roots. When we started more than twenty years ago, we set out to offer the highest standard of customer satisfaction, and to provide a quality service that people would return for. With members of the same family still at the helm, you know that it’s a commitment we still hold onto and that is part and parcel of everyone who works for us. When you call us, we’ll provide you with friendly and helpful advice. We make ordering from us very easy (and there’s a significant 10% discount if you do it online). And you can be reassured that we’ll deliver and pick up as ordered.

Refuse and waste collection

If you are going to have a load of excess waste in the near future, now’s the time to get in touch. If you’re new to this, it might be easiest to give us a call so we can run through what you need, and choose the most appropriate sized bin. We’ll also need to clarify where to deliver. Driveways are generally the best option if available, as skips that are stored on the road or area in front of your home or business will require a council permit. If this is the case, we can organise the permit for you to save you the runaround. If you do require a skip urgently, always give us a call so that we can look at the best way to help, and get it to you ASAP.
