How much notice is required to book a bin?

24 - 48 hours notice is required before delivery; however we may be able to deliver bins on the same day if you ring early in the day. Please remember to book in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Are there any extra charges?

There are extra charges for council permits where required, or for mattresses and tyres found during disposal.

Can I specify a delivery or collection time for my bin?

Yes. Generally we can deliver your bin at a specified time, however in busy periods (weekends, holidays etc) as we may be heavily booked we may not be able to meet your specific requirements therefore it is best to book early so we can accommodate your needs.
